The promoter of this competition is Tassie4x4, located at 295 Cambridge Rd, Mornington, Tasmania
Eligibility:
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Tassie4x4 and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry:
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Book and pay a deposit for a suspension upgrade at Tassie4x4 during the competition period.
Prizes:
The prizes include:
1. Cricket Cooler – Perfect for backyard games.
2. Premium BBQ – Ideal for epic summer feasts.
Competition Period:
The competition opens on Tuesday, 10th December 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 26th January 2025 (Australia Day). Any suspension upgrades where the deposit has not been paid by 5:00 PM on 26th January 2025 will not be eligible for entry.
Prize Draw:
The winners will be drawn randomly on 30th January 2025 and will be notified via phone or email. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize Conditions:
The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
Winners are responsible for collecting their prizes from Tassie4x4 or arranging delivery at their own cost.
Liability:
Tassie4x4 is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs in connection with the use of the prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of Tassie4x4.
Modifications and Termination:
Tassie4x4 reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
