Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Tassie4x4, located at 295 Cambridge Rd, Tasmania.
Eligibility: The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Tassie4x4 and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry: To enter the competition, participants must:
- Purchase any item with a valued at over $200 on a single invoice or
- Book and pay a deposit for a suspension upgrade at Tassie4x4.
Prize: The prize is a $1,000 Off-Road Recovery Kit, which includes:
- Snatch Straps (8 ton)
- Ratchet Kit
- Soft Shackle (14,000kg)
- Reco Tracks
- Recovery Hitch (4.75T)
- Snatch Rope (9.5T)
- Bow Shackles
- Tyre Deflators (x2)
- 90L Compressor
- Snatch Block
Competition Period: The competition opens on Monday the 14th of October and closes at 11:59 PM on the 6th of December 2024. Any suspension upgrades where the deposit has not been paid by 5pm on the 6th of December 2024 will not be eligible for entry.
Prize Draw: The winner will be drawn randomly on 9th December 2024 and will be notified via phone or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
Liability: Tassie4x4 is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs in connection with the use of the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Tassie4x4.
Modifications and Termination: Tassie4x4 reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with Tassie4x4’s privacy policy.

The 10% discount applies to the cost for supplying and installing suspension upgrades only. The discount does not apply to any other parts or services offered by Tassie4x4. The discount is valid for suspension upgrade bookings made during the competition period and will be applied at the time of full payment.
